A lot of people have misconceptions about what our "Buy Here Pay Here" program is and how it can help, there are many benefits to using our program and here are a few of them.
-You can buy a good, dependable car, truck, van, or SUV. We have vehicles to fit any need.
-Our #1 priority is customer service.
-Buying a car from us will help improve your credit as we report to two major credit bureaus.
-ALL of our cars go through an intensive service process before ever hitting the lot, we fix problems and check everything. No other BHPH dealership can say the same.
-We keep your payments affordable. Everyone has a different situation so we look at every customer individually.
-We do what is best for our customers!
Hello all at Good Wheels and customers. I am a Purple Heart Disabled Veteran and I just moved here to finish my PhD in Physics. I have fought for this country for twelve years and loved every minute. See a big miscomception is that while we are fighting that our wives(EX) are supposed to be paying bills and running the day to day in the house. Well some of are not so fortunate and have wives that spend, spend, and spend without having the money. So, therefore our credit takes a hit and we get in trouble. Well, fortunately I have managed to pay off all the unsecure debt after my divorce, but I still have reposessions to deal with. So, you can imagine what my credit looks like.
Anyway, I have already been approved in Andover, Ohio for an Infity I30. The only thing to do is go and show proof of income and put the payment down. I really like this car, but there was just something wrong with the finance guy. My credit and personal retirement account is high. I am an educated individual and they treated me like trash. I took 2 bullet wounds, got blown thru a brick wall and lost 15 of my friends while saving four people's lives. So, trash is not in my name.
To get back to the point :-) I seen a car that I have wanted for some time now here at Good Wheels and almost didn't stop because the way that I felt at the other dealership. I did anyway. I am here to tell you that the other dealership could drop the price of the Infinity in half and I still wouldn't buy it.
If I somehow get to drive this car off the lot it would be a dream come true and the people there will become my dealership for life. When I stopped at Good Wheels, they treated me with curtosey, respect, and totaly understood the situation that I am in. I was shocked. Here, a guy who wants to put ten percent down is getting treated like a normal customer.
I have had forty-nine cars in my life and been around the world twice, but in all my days, I have never felt good about having screwed up credit. I really feel that this dealership is going to go places, big places.
I am sorry for such a long post and even if I can't get the car; I will wait until I can or another. The people at Good Wheels are nornal everyday people that do not jack the price up for bad credit loans and even though the interest rate isn't the best I know people with wasy worse.
I guess what I want to say is that you at Good Wheels made such a great first and strong impression that even if I can't be a customer now I will work to get my credit in a place where I can be a customer.
Very Respectfully,
John P. Hill, USAF (RET)
Purple Heart Veteran
Post Script:

I hope that we can do business because I think that you are the ones that are going to get me going on a good side of my very poor credit score.

I just totaled the Nissan and I thought I was going to be out of luck. Only at a car dealership that cares offer all types of extra things that the big boys don't. Deductible insurance? Yeah, that's right they offer a dealer deductible insurance. What that means is you can raise your deductible to 500 dollars and they will cover it as long as you buy a car from there. I have been through at least 60 vehicles all over the world and I have never seen this type of coverage. They handled everything and I am driving again.
If you think that Good Wheels is just some fly by night dealer that is going to screw you out of all your money you are wrong. They handled everything and I am driving again, thanks to Vicki.
She was more interested in how much I was going to have to pay than how they could have made from me. She actually cared that I have a state job on the way and made sure I got the vehicle I wanted. If you think that I couldn't get a car anywhere else your wrong. I had zero down on a vehicle at Champion Volvo, Preston Chevy, etc... Of course I looked at these dealerships, but the cars they wanted to sell me couldn't hold a candle next to Good Wheels.
I don't know how they price or where they get the vehicles they sell, but I have founf two very rare cars there. Everyone who knows me know that I get a good amount in CSVR so I could just buy a car if I could have waited a week and a half or adjusted my portfolio around, but Vicki actually cared about what I needed.
I started employment with the state today and I am actually on break and the only reason that happened is because this small to mid sized dealership cared about what was going on in my life, not just making money. I have never seen a dealership like it.
I have live everywhere from Honolulu, Destin, North Carolina and up until now I have never found a business that is that customer oriented.
I guess what I am trying to say is that if you have a car now, but want a new one or just a different on check them out. The majority of the cars they have are loaded, leather heads up display, power seats, and they look and run like they came off the assembly line. Check them out if you live in the upper northeast corner.
Thanks a lot Darin, Vicki, and all the others that put me back on the road before the insurance claim was finished. All friends on my facebook that is going to read this make sure that you mention my name when you go in and I will split the money with you, lol.
